1. Digital products
Upset Radar Analytics sells immediate digital access (e.g., Day Pass unlock for AI actuary insights). Because content is delivered instantly in your browser after payment, all sales are generally final once access is granted.
2. When we may refund
We will issue a refund at our discretion if:
- You were charged but did not receive access due to a technical failure on our side;
- You were charged twice for the same purchase;
- Stripe or your bank confirms a fraudulent or unauthorized transaction.
3. How to request a refund
Email borjiginsguo@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with:
- Your receipt or Stripe payment email;
- The email used at checkout (if any) and approximate purchase time;
- A brief description of the issue.
We typically respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
4. Non-refundable cases
Refunds are not provided if you simply disagree with AI predictions, lost a bet, cleared browser storage and lost local access, or already used the premium features successfully.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension of access.
